Sel de la Terre, was in the Natick, MA  Mall, where this delicious dish was photographed for a perspective marketing piece.  What this average fish market salmon had very little going for it’s self until the Chef place it on the grill but then it didn’t stop there, with the Chef’s magic of bring in a raspberry mixture along with strawberry slices with other things, has turned this average piece of market salmon into a delight that all pallets would almost give up a day of wages for.  I was only lucky enough to photograph this wonder and still wondering how much enjoyment I would of have tasting such a wonder.
